Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and many of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Should your plans change, we kindly request the courtesy of notice at least 48 hours in advance of your reserved time.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, appointments are confirmed 5 days in advance, because we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. A valid credit card is required to confirm your appointment.
Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask that you keep this in mind when booking and canceling an appointment. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our spa professional’s schedule filled- thus better serving all our guests and our staff.
Changes made to appointments with less than 24 hour notice will be charged in full.
